My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great experiences. The location under the mountains was relaxing, and I found the quiet alleyway charming. The rooms were okay but not as fancy as expected. The service was accommodating, though ongoing renovations were visible. Dining left a lot to be desired, forcing me to eat out. The facilities were average.

The hotel's location was alright, perfect for downtown, right across the street from the botanical gardens. The service was extremely accommodating and helpful, despite undergoing upgrades in several areas. The dining experience could be a little better with some improvements.
